June 7, 2010 - Nivel Holdings, LLC acquires Pro Master Industries
We are pleased to advise you that on May 28, Nivel Holdings, LLC completed an acquisition of Pro Master Industries, which will operate as
a subsidiary of Nivel Parts. It is our belief that this transaction will allow us to bring the strengths of these two solid companies together, with
the end result being improved service to our customer base and an increase in our capacity to be a one-stop-shop. Looking forward, here are
some of the benefits that you can expect to share:
- An ongoing commitment to be the design and quality leader for windshields and accessories
- Improved shipping response time, as we add Pro Master products at Nivel locations and Pro Master Industries to our network of shipping locations
- Manufacturing control over Pro Master's patented windshield designs, which are considered the gold standard in the industry. Efficient manufacturing will allow an increase in inventory availability to our customers along with improved cost control over our end product
- Continued commitment to provide our dealers with the best products presently available, and product development support to expand the offering to meet the changing needs of the golf car aftermarket

February 12, 2010 - Nivel Holdings, LLC acquires Gateway Tire & Wheel Group
In keeping with our continued commitment to provide our dealers with the best products presently available and product development support to meet the changing needs of the golf car aftermarket, we acquired Gateway Tire & Wheel Group on February 12, 2010.
Gateway Tire & Wheel Group will operate as a subsidiary of Nivel Parts. The transaction will allow us to bring the strengths of two solid companies together and increase our ability to be a one stop shop. Benefits to our dealers include:
- An ongoing commitment to be the design leader for tire and wheel products along with parts supply.
- Improved shipping response time as we add Gateway product to Nivel locations and expand our distribution network to include the Gateway operations in Litchfield, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona.
- Broadened product offering, as products from both catalogs will be made available to all dealers.
November 25, 2009 - Nivel Holdings, LLC acquires Jake's Carts, LLC
In keeping with our continued commitment to provide our dealers with the best products presently available and product development support to meet the changing needs of the golf car aftermarket, we acquired Jake's Carts, LLC on November 25, 2009.
Jake's Carts is the leading designer and manufacturer of lift kits and related parts, renowned for having pioneered new generation spindle lift kits that are stronger and easier to install, without the need for any steering, tie rod or shock absorber modifications. Jake's will operate as a subsidiary of Nivel Parts.
