This year’s Rewards Program brings significant improvements and enhancements to the program’s redemption options including branded merchandise and apparel.

Introduction

How The Program Works

Every Partner in the program can earn points for every dollar spent. Points are redeemable for rewards merchandise, promotional products, and marketing materials.

  • Partners earn 1 point for every dollar they spend.
  • Points are redeemable for any products and services in the program 200 points = $1.
  • Partner points accumulate in the calendar year and do not expire until March 31 of the following year.
  • Exception: If an account holder is not in good standing, their points expire end of the calendar year, and they may not be eligible to be in the Partner Program.
  • To qualify customers need a $10,000 spend minimum to redeem points

How Does A Customer Become A Partner?

Each existing Nivel dealer is eligible to be in the Partner Program and will be auto enrolled on January 1st, 2021. Any dealer that signs up to become a Nivel partner after this date will be enrolled by their sales representative.

Point Redemption

Every partner can redeem points once they have reached $50,000 minimum spend threshold.

  • Partner Program Products can only be purchased/redeemed using Reward Points.
  • When using points to redeem a reward item, the available point value must be enough to cover the entire order. Orders containing POP and displays will be subject to any applicable freight charges.
  • On all non-POP orders, a flat rate shipping of $7.95 will be applied.
  • At no time can an account have a negative balance.
  • Reward item orders have to be stand alone orders and cannot be combined with regular Nivel product transactions.

Freight Charges

Partners are responsible for applicable freight charges if redeeming points for reward items.

  • All reward transaction delivers via "Standard" freight only.
  • Any order containing POP and / or display racking systems will be subject to any applicable freight charges. On all non-POP orders, a flat rate shipping of $7.95 will be applied.
  • For International Partners, your reward items are subject to normal International Freight charges.

Definition of Terms

  • Account Holder - also known as a Partner. A Nivel customer or dealer and will be auto enrolled into the Partner Program.
  • Partner - also known as an Account Holder. A Nivel customer that has been enrolled into the Partner Program.
  • Points - the number earned by each Partner that can be redeemed for reward items.
  • Reward Categories - are a classification of items available for Partner redemption.

Exclusions

All Partner Program redemptions or transactions are final. All items are non refundable.

  • If an account holder is not in good standing, their points expire end of the calendar year, and they may not be eligible to be in the Partner Program.
  • For International Partners, your reward items are subject to normal International Freight charges.
  • Only a parent company can redeem points.

Madjax Dealer Partner Program Items

  • Only eligible MadJax dealers have access to MadJax Partner Program Items.
  • Dealers must also be authorized OEM dealers and have retail showroom space / presence.
  • Dealers must have space to fit at least two 12" x 13" D x 96" H showroom racks.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Are new Nivel dealers or customers automatically enrolled in the Partner Program?
Yes. All new partners will be automatically enrolled by their sales representative at the time of account number designation.
Are existing Partner Program participants included in the 2023 Partner Program?
Yes. All existing Dealers/Partners will be automatically enrolled in the 2023 Partner Program.

Do Partner points expire?
Partner points expire on March 31 of the following calendar year.
What is the current redemption process of a parent company and their children companies?
Currently, only the parent company can redeem points.
Are reward items refundable?
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Any item out of stock will be subsitituted with an item of the closest brand/category.
